Basic Qualification Required
  • Minimum 12th pass or any graduate degree.
  • Additional certification in relevant fields (e.g., hospitality, logistics) is not mandatory but will be advantageous.

German Language Level Required
  • Proficiency in German language is critical for communication in the workplace and understanding theoretical lessons.
  • Old Age Home: B1 Level required.
  • Hotel/Restaurant Management: A2 to B1 Level.
  • Warehouse Management: B1 Level.
  • Logistics/Supply Chain Management: B1 Level.

Note: Students must clear Listening & Speaking Modules in the required German levels.

Work & Study
  • During the Ausbildung, students alternate between practical work at the workplace and theoretical studies in vocational schools.
Processing Time
  • Approximate processing time: 2-6 months, depending on visa approvals, document processing, and employer selection.

Maximum Age Limit
  • Old Age Home: Maximum age 30 years.

Accommodation
  • Accommodation is provided under the following terms:
  • Old Age Home: Free accommodation.
  • Hotel/Restaurant Management: Employer-dependent.
  • Warehouse Management & Logistics: Paid accommodation.

Further Language Learning (B2 Level)
  • Candidates must continue to learn German while working in Germany to achieve B2 Level.
